"He is the attorney for hays"
Well, not exactly.
Assuming your "he" reference is to Henry Sewell, so far he is only described by Paul Bessette of Greenberg Traurig as "Spongetech’s Chapter 11 Trustee’s proposed counsel." Which does not make him "attorney for hays". As of an hour ago there was no docket item that I know of mentioning his appointment or the courts acceptance of it.
But that wasn't exactly my question either. I'll try again.....BTW, it's too soon to answer this one, too. If Mr. Sewell is appointed, will he replace both Graubard in the BK case and GT in the SEC case?
