The Company filed for bankruptcy because their assets were less than their current liabilities, and any receiver appointed will discover that fact no matter what the long board states.

Who wants to bet that hays is replaced Thursday or son there after? The us trustee would want to make this appeal- proof. Why give the defense a reason to continue to fight.
