I just see two enemies.

And just as a reminder, the question I asked in this post was how could a broker have noticed a discrepancy in the Pensley opinion letters if, as Pensley now states in his Opposition, he never issued any SpongeTech opinions.

It appears that your last post to me, and my reply to that post, are no longer available. However, you had said that you had contacted the broker who reported the discrepant opinion letters to Olde Monmouth.

Who was he/she?

How did you find out the broker's identity?

Do you still have contact info for the broker?
