The Court held a status conference on July 26, 2010 and set a schedule for consideration of preliminary injunctive relief, with a hearing to be held on August 17, 2010. At the status conference, the Court did not place any restrictions on the sale of enoxaparin sodium injection by Sandoz.

In other words, NO TRO ISSUED.

Technically, it is not clear whether the TRO was denied or just passed to the PL hearing. But it really makes no difference. In effect, the TRO was denied.
