Since you're so keen on UTRM's chances for success, perhaps you could enlighten the board with your basis for optimism.
What does UTRM have in place with regard to infrastructure? Do they have a warehouse? Do they have any employees other than the Pres and VP? What's in place with regard to retail product packaging? What are their return policies? What are the limits of their product liability insurance? What are their payment terms (Net 30, 1% 10, etc)? Do they have a customer service phone # with staff to receive calls and answer questions? Where is the dentifrice manufactured and is that facility ISO or NSA certified? What procedures are in place to provide batch/lot control of the dentifrice? How are they tracking specific product to specific customers in case a recall is required? What is the shelf life of the dentifrice and are the toothbrushes and dentifrice cartridges labeled with a batch ID?
What clinical testing has been done on their dentifrice formula?
