07/26/2010 SCHEDULING ORDER: on or before Wednesday July 28, 2010, counsel for the SEC shall respond via ECF to 98 Greenberg Traurig's ("GT") letter application to seal. The SEC's letter shall indicate whether or not the SEC intends to object to GT's (i) motion for in camera review of the Bessette Declaration in support of GT's motion to withdraw as counsel for Spongetech; (ii) motion to seal the Bessette Declaration; and (iii) motion to withdraw as counsel for Spongetech. If the SEC's letter indicates that the SEC wishes to file objections to any of these applications, Judge Azrack will schedule a conference or briefing schedule as necessary.
