I'm just happy that we are trying to probe for answers here instead of spinning and wasting our time on posts generated by the less positive contributors. It may not be the answers you want, but here it is. For those that feel passionate about your position, I encourage you to share your thoughts with Jim...at least the company is willing and able to listen...something I can say doesn't happen with a lot of companies.
