What/who led you to believe the purpse of the DTC "lockdown" was to do a share count? Once again, the OS is at 3 BILLION. nothing will change that ... unless the M&M crime syndicate sold more unregistered shares without the TA even knowing. Thats been done before and is very possible here given M&M's total disregard of the law.
