There is no DTC share count, the only people who have been touting that as an excuse are clueless idiots who literally just made the story up.
The DTC freeze was due to the pollution of the market by the >2 billion shares moskofraud and gang dumped. You have had the official share count for a long time. 2.99ish billion shares.
