Pardon my jaded view, but to the nefariously inclined, the real message is:
1.) Don't move huge sums of money in the back of a car.
2.) Don't drive 14 mph over the speed limit, especially through a locale that has one of the highest per capita ratios of highway partrolmen in the United States.
3.) Don't put the money in a bright red and yellow DHL bag that beams, "Open me first!"
Nothing will change after this, except the crooked will get more clever.
