I couldn't see Kroger paying for the sponges in advance either. Like I said before, my company has a 25+ year history with Kroger at $3.5 million a year and they don't pay for anything they get from us in advance.

But if Kroger says that SpongeTech owes them $37,500 then I have to believe Kroger. They are a well run company.
