Presuming Susman could get a hold of damaging info with limited acccess and/or from third parties with NOMINAL effort, I tend to agree that the examiner will all the powers bestowed upon him, would surely find or agree with the damaging evidence that caused an almost about turn in an otherwise subdued BK ( from an EC perspective).... Hoping for the best.....
