Because we have locked down most of the float?

When I put a few K shares up for sale at 038, they hit it right away with a partial fill. There are folks looking for shares, but I think the cheap shares have gotten scarce.

There are a bunch of bid sitters down low, probably some of us who already have shares and want more for cheap, but folks who don't have any yet are going to hit the ask.

Throw out some bait and see if they bite!
