I find it incredibly disgusting and sad myself. It is mildly amusing though that ADVFN is just another stinky penny stock like so many touted on Ihub. If you look into ADVFN you can find lots of stink.

I was surprised by your farewell PM and just responded privately my thoughts on a few things.

However, in response to the public link you sent me -

I believe you are one of the good guys that bring a lot of value to IH and hope you decide to stay (I'm hoping you take the next "year" to change your mind).

Personally, I've done well on many of your bio plays in the past and have enjoyed moderating some of the boards with you (especially when we've made money :) so I'm personally asking you to change your mind.

You've always been fair and respectful to others so please don't give in to hatred as that's just not the kind of person you are. This is a great site with some wonderful people (you being one of them) so don't discount that aspect of ihub.

At least wait it out until after the "outcome" before making the decision to leave and since you won't be getting a PM request for money any time soon, that should at least alleviate some of the "disgust." Just remember, there's always more to any story than meets the eye so take that into consideration....

well, this is rather shocking, and disturbing my old friend. and while i agree with you wholeheartedly, i would also agree with Tina's post

inasmuch as think it out. sometimes anger and frustration is our worse enemy. you've been one heck of a mentor to me at times, and certainly have contributed much to make me into the man i am today.
