"(a) BSTI isn't bankrupt, didn't file for BK yet and have no intention of doing so for now. (May be next week...?)
(b) they are changing their symbol come Monday to reflect their "International business" (4BB European biz and the 500M Russian deals coming, you know...it was announced in 1999 just for the dumbs like y'self...} and a side benefit is so all shares have to be accounted for, so people like you who admit shorting the stock will need to cover.
Ahhhhhhh, yes... as you can well appreciate, the "need to cover" has already brought the share price from 7c to 3.8c...on heavy 24,000 share volume last week...
