(a) the company isn't bankrupt, didn't file for BK and have no intention of doing so.

(b) they are changing their symbol come Monday to reflect their International business and a side benefit is so all shares have to be accounted for, so people like you who admit shorting the stock will need to cover. LOL I'm lovin it.

When you use language like that, it sheds doubt on your credibility. I don't know the history of that situation and have no intention of making a judgement on something I have not observed or cannot confirm. Further, I don't intend to get involved with those kinds of squabbles.
