No idea, fancy pink or normal pink, whatever. It costs 20Gs and it does little to nothing for anybody, most people do not even know about the tier thing and out of those that do I expect nobody really cares. I think it was done to placate uplisting not happening or being booted from the OTCBB. Time will tell.
