Employment is the key in the short term. Regulation of RE industry going forward probably is necessary. Who issues these loans to the spoiled kids of the boomers while not investing in new technologies for example? Irrational exhuberance in RE and irrational pessimism for the rest of the economy is what the bankers are giving us i suspect. marv
