It is independent of ANY exchange. If a German broker's client is big enough and wants to plat a pink or otcbb stock, the broker can get it listed in Germany.
Who cares (OK, I know a LOT of people here cry short). If the shorts can drive the price down then it was going there anyways. If the business succeeds then the price will follow. Eventually.
$5 to $7 was ahead of itself, but compared to where they appear to be in their execution, speculation will drive it higher once momentum regains from this train wreck.
