being compliant, they are a 15C211 away - at most - and completion of the appeals process at least from being JBII.OB.

I think it should actually be "Fancy pink is the new NASDAQ" being they get the OTCQX (or whatever) Considering it cost 20Gs I get the feeling there will be no uplisting in the near future. Unless JB is into just throwing away 20Gs for no reason.
