The counterfeit share gambit! lolol BTW, as for the petition; perhaps it is just me, but it seems when submitting a document to someone in authority who is obviously well educated, that one would want said submission to be, in the very least, grammatically correct. It would show a degree of respect to the recipient and the sender.
