This is Sweet
you wrote this to Cut and Bandit:

"What are you talking about you and bandit talk to Scott all the time you guys have all the "insider information" you want! They are going to sell it because they can pocket some cash if it goes bk they won't! My yard needs mowed cut!"

Are you implying that Cut would be involved in an underhanded plot to sell off the Patent for the Suez technology and leave the shareholders of Exobox holding the bag?

Would he actually be party to a devious PLAN to release news that Exobox has been funded when in reality they sold the Technology out from under us?

That would be despicable.

You don't really think Cut and Bandit would be a party to the scheme do you?

I keep being drawn back to your posts This Is Sweet.

Probably because you seem to have access to a lot of facts, and partially because you are not sugar coating anything.

Shortly after the "Shareholder Intimidation" meeting Mr Owl posted this: ( http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=50946136 )

Hi exorage

Opinion:

To come up with a reasonable estimate I would need to update the report and run the numbers. For a company with positive net income it is relatively easy to determine a value range by comparing to peers. Similarly with companies that aren't making money but at least have sales you can also value by peer comparison based on sales. If the above two aren't viable you could value the company based on assets. That would be the approach I would try here however, the assets have liens on them. With no net income, no sales and no clear assets the value is really indeterminate. The current valuation of 2.36M seems fair to me. A shell company with as many shareholders as EXBX has would likely be worth 500k-1M. The rest of the value comes from the possibility that somehow the ship is righted and they are able to continue as a going concern.

1) I think there is a possibility that the product may find funding, perhaps a 50/50 shot. I am skeptical however that the funding would be tied to the current equity structure and team. I think a more likely scenario would be a significant restructuring of the company. If professional money finds the technology and wants to invest then the professionals will control the company.

2) I also think a possible scenario exists where they sell the patents to another firm for development for enough to pay off their debt, pay out some bonuses and close up shop.

Are you saying that Exobox is pursuing option # 2 that Ask Mr Owl put forth?
