Technically, there is a gap at .01 that needs filling, assuming technical analysis works here. It is worth noting that volume during this correction/consolidation is a fraction of the volume during the rise.
Fundamentally, There is one more PR necessary for lift off. It will reveal favorable, "terms and conditions of the financing ... along with the name of the funder, upon closing"
Then WWEI will be a viable entitity and will attract attention.

IMHO
Not being negative, just being realistic here. I hope we hear news soon that solidifies what the company has been saying and that they pull off their objectives. In the mean time we have three recent PR’s although promising really don’t carry any weight until they are signed and sealed including PPA terms. Now, investors have been burned in the past as has the company when it comes to JV’s so I’m not going to jump for joy until I see something more concrete released. Again I’m not being negative just cautious and I do feel that the companies on the right track and hopefully success isn’t far off.
