Yes I am satisfied. It's a "starting point", as outlined by THJMW and agreed to by the EC and others.

As stated in court, this is to get us up to Sept 7th with a preliminary report.

And, tentatively Oct 8th for the final, but that's subject to extension by THJMW -- and I suspect by Sept 7th, there's gonna be more to "examine".
