#224948 RE: uzualsuzpect #224929

Today's filing is a "certification of council"

EVERYONE needs to remember that in court, the Creditors Committee had drafted a proposed "order".

What you didn't see was Nelson had taken that hand-out, marked it up, walked it over to Rosen {while somebody was talking, I forgot who}, and Rosen agreed to the changes.

Then later, Nelson got up, and explained that they had a basic agreement based on the Creditor's version of an Examiner motion.

THJMW directed them all to meet (they said they'd meet after court), and to get her a proposed "form of order".

That's what we see here.

The basis of it was from the Creditors, WITH THE ECs DIRECT CHANGES TO THEIR SATISFACTION, and with Rosen also in agreement.

Move on.

JUSTIN DID READ THE CHANGES in court. {Altho I haven't compared them written vs audio}

Honestly, folks, remember the court discussion. Justin agreed, Rosen agreed, Creditors agreed.

Now we have a "certification of counsel" One attorney representing that others are in agreement...

I'm over it. No offense to anyone.

It'll be signed. And it is what the EC agreed to. I am confident of that. Was also reviewed with THJMW via telephone today.
