Folks who refi and take cash out think that money is theirs.

The USA has been expanding the economy with credit since they invented the credit card in the 1950s. Let's not buy goods and services with "earned" dollars. Let's buy them with "unearned dollars" and remain in servitude.

This will all end badly.
