I'm missing something here. All I see is that "nothing shall keep them from objecting to production of requested documents on any grounds and seeking a protective order for any reason whatsoever"....... Doesn't that sound like they are already planning to stonewall in providing documents to examiner? They are planning on bringing every request for documents to the court for determination. I guess I'm misinterpreting this. ???
