Reserve Analysis obviously revealed they need to add more loss reserve for claims, which added 2.1% in the expected ultimate loss ratio for 2004 accident years. (and reduce the net income). The changes were caused by Florida law changed on October 1 2003 ! How they only realized this until beginning of 2005 ?
