While I agree that MMM is overvalued and fundamentally a short, it is my experience that it is better to short stocks that have already broken - you never know how long a strong stock can hold out. MMM is getting very close to an intermediate term breakdown and I am more inclined to short the break or perhaps better the rally back to the breakdown point, depending on the market.

I believe MMM will break down (substantially so), but it has not yet done so.
