I sent the q13 fox link on to my local radio and TV stations. To the guys or gals that feature the different news stories. Do the same to get the word out. All's it takes is a couple of police chiefs or prison administrators watching the news to say " What is that". Now getting a national show like the Today show or weekend news would be a coup.

Maybe a link to one of these news stories will get picked up by a popular website like the Drudge Report. That would give a lot of exposure as well.
