-FOX' Bill O'Reilly picks up foxnews.com's edited version of Sherrod's talk, goes on the air and demands Pres Obama fire Shirley Sherrod
-Ag Sec'ty Vilsak, visiting Ohio, receives a faxed transcript of the edited version of Sherrod's talk and requests Sherrod resign
-CNN conducts tele interview with Shirley Sherrod proving only an edited version of her talk was posted by a right wing blogger, then picked up by foxnews.com and FOX' Bill O'Reilly
-MSNBC' Chris Matthews plays CNN's tele interview with Sherrod - FOX does not
-Chris Matthews says after FOX' O'Reilly sees the CNN tele interview with Sherrod he will apologize, "I'm betting on it"
-O'Reilly does not apologize, instead he criticizes Sherrod for not appearing for an interview
-Ag Sec'ty Vilsak contacts Sherrod, apologizes for his hastily-made decision and offers Sherrod a position in Dept of Ag - Sherrod said she will think about it
