1) It would be selected by a polling system in order to ensure proper delegation within the membership. (I believe that that polling ability will be forthcoming in the near future here at IHUB!)
2) It would demand a sense of rigidity amongst those chosen to be able to remove themselves from the PAST posts of the member placed in REHAB and to be able to focus strictly upon the behavior of the member placed in REHAB and to collectively acsertain that members future ability to use and abide by the IHUB Terms of Use Policy.
3) Once a member is selected for the IHUB REHAB TEAM, that member will remain on the staff for a period of one year, unless that member is voted off the REHAB TEAM by a majority vote of more than 67% of those voting for a removal against the said REHAB TEAM member. Voting will be public upon the IHUB Network and will be for a period of seven calendar days.
4) Every three months new members will be nominated to serve upon the REHAB team and will be elected with a 67% majority vote.
5) After serving one full year as an IHUB REHAB TEAM member, members will be allowed to be nominated and reelected to a second one year term on the TEAM.
6) In no event shall a member be qualified to serve on the REHAB TEAM for more than two years.
These are my initial thoughts as to how this might work in order to continue to grow IHUB as a community. I welcome any further input from other members of IHUB.
