If Intelence did not have to be dosed BID and with food, JNJ would probably never have bothered to develop TMC278.

One more issue with Intelence is severe skin and hypersensitivity reactions (see the "dear doc" letter from Aug 2009 in the link). Btw, TMC278 also has to be taken with food but once a day dosing is the more important part.
