The current PPS is talking loudly already. Weren't most survey responders last month guessing at a .25+ PPS already?

But alas, we are hovering near 52 week lows yet again with not much to fuel a rebound now after this abysmal CC- jmho.

I guess that's what happens when absolutely nothing Dean has communicated to us would happen regarding funding (for nearly a year now) happens.

PPS should be talking even louder very soon IMO.
