I admit I don't know the rule book with the pink sheets, like I do the big boards. But this is the opposite of transparency and, I am not a legal scholar, but this seems to flout all disclosure rules. Also, why would anyone else who is not a shareholder by the stock if they can't get this "secret" information on it. This sounded utterly preposterous. Argh!
