Joey did something off-site, but to a member of this site, using information he gleaned from this site, and something that he has talked about on this site many times, and I don't doubt he'd do to someone else on this site.

Kind of like removing a criminal from a town and putting him in a desert where he can't do much harm.

So yes, I find that directly related to the site.
