Clean Power is completely ignoring the facts that PSNH will not give them an easement and will not buy their power. Sounds a bit stubborn to me. Maybe with a big player behind them they feel they can force PSNH to reconsider. What they don't know is the last thing you want to do is tell anyone from New Hampshire what to do as they will do the opposite. I know this being a life long resident.
