Now this is the same info contained in post #13501.....which actually has contact info......and is part of the docs from last April when you say there was a RM......I didn't just read the docs.....I made contact.....and advise all to do the same.....here is an email from Barrington.....which I posted in April.....

I have noticed that Ekwan-X has filed for a name change with the state of Wyoming. Has Ekwan been bought out, merged, reversed merged, or some other type of transaction that shareholders can look foward to hearing about? Thank you for your time and good luck.

I believe you have the WRONG Wyoming entity. My entity is NOT, has NEVER nor WILL EVER be involved with the PUBLICLY traded Ekwan-X, Inc.(EKWX), Bob Godin(or ANY of his associates and/or associations), Continental Precious Metals, Inc., any mineral research, any new technology research, any other speculative investing or future reverse merging ANY KIND!!! We are a privately held concern with ZERO outstanding shares, NONE for sale at present nor is ANY kind of future public offering planned. And with us NOT being a publicly traded NO FURTHER EXPLANATION IS NECESSARY OR FORTHCOMING!! We kindly ask that ALL rumormongering CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY!!!

this was the kicker for me......an email from INCORP.....which is a registered agent.....not a transfer agent....

If you go to the website now and type in Ekwan-X.....there is only one entity......but was not the case in April....as the website has been updated since then.....but you will find Barrington which is current......and Ekwan-X which is late in it's filings....

Notice 2 different companies.....and the 2 different initial filing dates.....in fact EKWX has been dissolved as far as Wyoming is concerned.....but be clear on this.....if Barrington is a public company....and they deny it......Bernie is getting a new cell mate.....
