I wonder how the judge would feel if someone told him that the petition submitted to his court contained fictious signatures. Did David Bomart sign it, by any chance?

Or, despite the flaws, does each signature represent a shareholder who would disagree with your assertion that they deserve to lose their savings? A loss incurred by illegal activity, and the failure of the regulatory authorities to prevent that activity?
