The only thing that will move the shareprice significantly is when the market can project earnings. An awful lot of things have to happen before anyone can even begin to guess what those numbers will be.
Announcements of steps along the way may provide temporary price spikes but they won't hold. What these interim steps can do is build excitement and attract new shareholders. If news is managed properly and an ongoing, regular communication is maintained with shareholders then when earnings can be forecast the price will jump and hold.
Just dumping an info tidbit here and a tidbit there is not the way to build excitement. The investing public knows nothing about Medizone. The entire story has to be communicated over and over with regular updates designed to catch peoples imagination and anticipation. Medizone has an exciting tale to tell that should be generating excitement, even at this stage. Unfortunately, up until now they haven't had anyone who knows how to tell it.
They have a new PR guy. This is what he should be doing.
