Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. QASP will need to sue the the boards to get information on the identity of posters. We'll see if the boards roll over on the privacy issue. Any one know what has happened in earlier cases where there has been litigation?
QASP could litigate in England, where the laws are absurdly slanted towards the plaintiff in libel actions (not that anyone will bother to show up for a trial or any US court will enforce a judgment).
One benefit will be the discovery part of litigation getting DB, Newby and all the others to answer questions under oath in a deposition. It will be interesting to see who was involved in distribution of those 1.2 billion shares, as this may be part of the manipulation.
