#102451 RE: F6 #102446

F6, thanks for those links again .. yeah, i wondered about some of the Petras one, too, it was
not Venezuela as much as for the other examples of Carter/Empire collaboration that i posted it ..

Actually, after shutting down last night i watched an episode of Hard Case, think it is, (am sometimes stuck with watching
some ugh! crime shows for lack of other) .. a girl had been murdered, by her only friend it turned out later, to 'set her free' ..

She had been a tomboy all her life, loved climbing trees, did not wear dresses, lipstick, those female things .. was gutsy and honest to herself .. throughout her developing period she was persecuted by fellow students, the principal, doctors, nurses, her father who loved her dearly eventually gave in to the cruel, terribly misguided, unfeeling societal attitudes and forces, too .. finally in an institution 'to correct her sickness' .. a terrible denial of her human rights .. she revolted and was, as a result, lobotomized (or something) .. a sympathetic nurse gave her friend a key to spring her, but too late to avoid the drill into the side of her head .. the friend then, the story went, committed a mercy killing .. not sure exactly as i was also involved in a crossword puzzle .. to set her free ..

the girl was the only one with consistently true courage .. as her only friend in the end, said .. the others excruciatingly cruel ..

Whilst Carter is a Christian, evangelic? (not sure) against gay marriage, all that, i'm sure he would not have condoned
the cruelty of all those others as portrayed .. AND though, yes, i still feel, in a sense, imo, Carter was/still is, maybe, a
victim of US foreign policy, by position, conditioning, choice whatever .. he hopefully is a conducive to peace factor now

Anyway 1 .. lol, last night i almost came back on to post something like the above and this .. compared to those Americans who
persecuted, Sam, throughout her life, i was thinking all through the show .. Jimmy Carter is a GOOD person .. in spite of ..

I remember reading the Z interview post before .. then and now i felt Z was kinda having it both ways .. said it
wasn't done to suck the Soviets in, also says knew it would provoke them .. sheeezzz .. having it both ways to me ..

Anyway 2 .. agree it sure is a fact that so much of the problem we have now in the foreign relationship area
stems from the use of Mujaheddin in the interest of American 'control' building in Afghanistan and after ..

who was the big push in Carter's Afghanistan policy? .. Z or C, i still don't know ..

Yesterday i felt, on balance, imo, Jimmy Carter is a good American .. basically i think he is a good guy .. in spite of ..

Heh, for better or worse i've now done what i felt like doing last night .. ambivalence sucks sometimes .. it's hard ..
