i do believe that if nothing else is true, Chris wants to add value to his GoTV shares so he can liquidate just like you said. Which means the share price must be decent, which also means we should be able to sell at a decent price. For chris to benefit via stock price, we also benefit. Lets hope he doesn't take this opportunity to dilute SCFR to hell.
