I don't think it prudent to wait. I offered him solutions and the cash to keep the entity afloat and to make AMHI more profitable. He initially returned phone calls and then has never returned one since. That tells me he has no intention of keeping the company public. What his intentions are I am not quite sure but there not honorable toward the stockholders and investors.
I think a warning letter with investors list would be appropriate with as many names as possible. Then if no answer proceed with the next step.
