I reacted poorly to a post and let my emotions spill onto the pages of IHUB and now find myself incarcerated.

I would like to be released on my own recogniences.

I will no longer reply to those I continually disagreed with and all posts will be civil, hell they will be dripping with congeniality.

This wil assure that all my future posts are on topic and represent DD for the stock.

I have been placed on house arrest here, I understand what i've done, you really would not want a repost to prove it is unacceptable. Regardless of whether it was a personal attack or threat, I posted it- i've had much going on in the past two weeks and emotion got the best of me today, I understand the terms of use,

i do find IH Admin [Linda]'s quote to be true and pertaing to everybody :

Today that 5 minutes cost me, as it also cost me loss of respect by some.

Look I'm sorry for all the hassle things got a little heated and I wrote without thinking! In future I will think before writing my opinions.
There is a lot of concerns with other board members about the Mod too, it's not a personal attack honestly.
A few of us would like someone else who is moderator on several other boards already an has a very good attitude and would be good for the board, we would like to know how to go about that. We are just trying to protect our investment.
Please accept my apology I will think twice before writing in future.
Do I really have to wait 45 days I do have a lot of good input on this board too.

I certainly regret my unintended violation of iHub's TOS. I will continue to be a model prisoner during my incarceration in The Jailhouse, and never send PM's that might be considered by anyone at any time to be threatening in any manner. That includes graphic images that communicate, or cause one to be intimidated or otherwise fearful due to the graphic nature of the image PM'ed to them.

iHub is not bound by the US Constitution's First Amendment Right of Free Speech. While the US Government cannot restrict free speech, private entities may. For example, a business may ban employees from wearing political clothing or buttons while you're on the premises. iHub may set whatever terms of service and criteria it wishes. All those posting on this message board must abide by iHub's TOS in order to remain in good standing.

Patiently waiting for my term to be served with the hope of Jailhouse time reduced due to good behavior and the sincere apology and contrition communicated in this post for having egregiously violated iHub's legitimate TOS. I mistakenly believed that Private Messages were private and therefore not subject to "normal" TOS.

I was 100% wrong and now know better.

Hello Admins. I realize that I made a mistake in personally attacking saltylooks93, I should have not told him that by all ethical standards he should be euthanized because it is demonstrably false. I am sure, if you look hard enough, you could find some ethical standard whereby his continued existence is justified. I am very sorry and won't do it again. It's just that he has been bashing this great company for no reason other than his terrible trading while being very rude and calling people in the board dumbasses, a$$holes, etc
If you look at his comments you will see that the entirety of his posting consists in such behavior.
This is not to justify my behavior, which wont be repeated, merely to put it in a better light.

You know I pay for this service, and I really think I shouldn't been here this long, especially given the fact that the bashers are allowed to post countless deceptive, & slanderous messages, which seem to cause some individuals, IMO, to be unduly influenced in their decisions. Can someone please correct this. I realize there was some server issues so I am posting this discrepancy here since I can't PM admins for whatever reason while suspended.
