Go4, the EC accused Rosen of 'effectively saying' "Do the work for yourselves" -- that was in an EC filing, paraphrasing what the Debtors were willing to turn over (eg a "dump" of documents) instead of being specifically responsive to direct questions.

To my knowledge, Rosen never said those words. Nor did they appear in any Debtors filings.

I read that as meaning that if Rosen, his toadies and the current BOD had foerseen the hiring of Susman Godfrey that they would not have revolted...... before the hiring.

Thanks Go.. I write really fast and sometimes it comes out wrong. Thanks for correcting me, the premise of my message is there and that is one of the most important parts. I can't fix it now, what I can do is write another message and change it..
Debtors/Bondholders etc.. Did not see a "straight shooter" like Susman Godfrey getting hired to represent equity, they orginally had Veneable, until FDIC conflicted them out, them with was Dewey (Bienenstock) until Weil probably had them conflicted out and then BAM it was our Saviors Steve Susman, Justin Nelson, Edgar Sargent, Gregory Taylor (originally on case from Ashby) etc etc..
They are doing a great job and Willingham deserves all the praise we can give him for getting them on Board.
