Wadi, couldn't agree with you more. Certain people and companies do seem to have been given a pass. It gives the appearance that the SEC is protecting its own with the Sichenzia firm. For many employees of the SEC (especially the attorneys), it's just a stepping stone to bigger and better things. They work with the SEC, get the experience they need, quit and then get a big paying job in the private sector, normally with huge companies as their securities attorneys, where they deal all the time with the SEC. Conflict of interest? In our government? Nawwww, not a chance. lol.
I haven't trusted this government for decades. They haven't earned it. The power elite run this country, not the people, so I wouldn't put anything past any of these people. I think there are enough snakes to go around here for everyone concerned. Could it be that Pensley is being set up to take the fall for the Sichenzia firm and others? Hopefully we'll find out the truth. The whole truth.
