Ken verified yesterday via e-mail response to Tinkerbelle that buying today will still qualify for the distribution.
I was questioning this all week and eventho E-trade told me that to be safe I should follow the T+3 rule. But they also told me that since KATX is a pinky that it doesn't necessarily have to conform to the FINRA rules for dividends (which this is not). So I'm going with what's coming directly from the horses mouth that we good.
