Talked to CEO:
"Any PRs prior to March 4th came out of Texas from SH and were not reliable" and many of them were complete BS. SH was a crook and was trying to make the stock go up. Mel said "I did not give that statement and the press release did not come from me."

All of the other companies Humphries was running at the time were done the same way and the stocks ran into the ground. I was in them too. He is gone now and Management is being very transparent with us.

The Dumas manufacturing plant was overkill for their operation so it will not be implemented.

Grant???? I know for a fact it was submitted.

Financials??? They are working on them right now. Acountant is there now.
