#6323 RE: Bird of Prey #6320

Ah, Bird, let's dance.

>>I don't know, seems to have worked quite well for scu.<<

I admitted quite clearly I didn't follow the scu case. But Jail time isn't what it's about. If scu is being a great poster now that he's out, does it really matter? That was Fred's call. If he lets him back out into the wild and he becomse a good poster, on nothing more than a gut feeling on Fred's part, then Fred made the right move. But if he let hiim out and he's still causing trouble, then it reflects poorly on him. Best I can tell, scu seems to be doing pretty good now that he's had a round of the Jail. So you tell me, is scu better or worse now? I'm more intersted in people posting on my stock boards than I am the Jail board. You?

>>Tough to bargain with someone when you can't trust them to follow through with an agreement. Spin it any way you want. *You* made an offer. The offer was accepted. *You* then withdrew the offer.<<

I admit that was a slimy deal, but, I'm a guy who watches his friends backs. I was/am attempting to let Fred help me/assist me in some of this stuff. I jumped in the way, and when I realized I was stepping on Fred's toes, I pulled out. Just as I do with Bob when I get code-happy. If I had to choose who to piss/de-friend between Fred and Joe, guess who it would be.

>>A good concept, too bad your new warden can't seem to execute it.<<

He's been thrown into the middle of this with the worst of the offenders, and the best of the jail commentators. If you'd back off and let him do the talking instead of hounding him for every word he speaks, you never know what could happen. I point again to scu AFTER being out of jail. So far, so good. Good call on Fred's part, so far.

>>You pulled the trigger and don't know why? On two different inmates? <<

Ask anybody who has been an Admin and had to pimp slap a few people. You have a hard time remembering all the offenses. But when I pull the trigger on someone, there is always a reason. Whehter it remains a kodak moment in my mind until my death is a whole different ballgame. Now, go read my previous post.
